What we do

We offer a wide range of services designed to support daily living, independence, and enjoyment.

Care backed by life experience

We understand both sides of support

Wallford Park Balanced Support was built from both professional and personal experience. With 30 years in bookkeeping, 10 years as a registered NDIS Plan Manager, and family experience supporting a son with a mild intellectual disability, our approach is practical, patient and deeply personal.

We also understand how much trust matters when someone you love needs support, after helping care for a cousin with an acquired brain injury for three years. That is why we lead with honesty, respect and authentic compassion — not just good intentions.

Why we're a great choice

Care that is personal for a reason

Good support starts with trust. From the first conversation, we want participants, families and providers to feel heard, respected and confident they are in safe hands.

Meet our horses

A calm kind of connection

Our horses are part of what makes Wallford Park Balanced Support special. Gentle, intuitive and full of personality, they give participants a chance to enjoy something different, spend time outdoors and build confidence through safe, meaningful interaction.

Spending time with horses can be especially valuable for people who experience anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, ADHD, neurodivergence or challenges with emotional regulation. These experiences may support participants to:

Indy

Indy is a 27-year-old mare with a big personality and an even bigger presence.

As the undisputed queen of the herd, she keeps everyone in line with her signature sass and quiet confidence. Retired for the past four years, Indy now enjoys a slower pace of life, spending her days relaxing, grazing, and ruling her domain with effortless charm.

Amber

Amber, known as the “Barbie Princess” of the herd, she carries herself with grace and quiet confidence, proudly holding her place just beneath the queen.

But beyond her beauty, Amber is something truly special—she is my heart horse in every sense. With a deep, unspoken bond between her and I, she offers a connection that goes far beyond words. Gentle, loyal, and endlessly soulful, Amber isn’t just part of the herd—she’s part of my heart.

Bull

Bull is the quirky character of the herd, full of personality and individuality.

He’s selective about who he lets into his world, keeping his circle small and his trust hard-earned. But for those lucky enough to gain it, Bull’s loyalty runs deep—once you’re in, you’re in for life. With his unique charm and strong sense of self, he’s a truly special soul who leaves a lasting impression.

Doc

Doc is Indy’s son, has certainly inherited his mother’s signature sass.

Full of personality, he’s always quick to let you know if dinner is even a minute late. While he knows his place within the herd, he’s not afraid to speak his mind, adding a bit of cheeky charm to daily life. With his bold nature and expressive attitude, Doc keeps things lively and entertaining.

Bundy

Bundy is the baby of the herd, bringing a playful and cheeky energy wherever he goes.

Full of curiosity and mischief, he keeps everyone on their toes—but behind that spirited nature is a truly loving and kind soul. Affectionate and gentle, Bundy has a way of winning hearts, making him a cherished part of the herd.

Less stress, more clarity
Help with the parts that pile up

Sometimes it is not one big thing that makes life harder — it is all the small things adding up. Invoices, appointments, household jobs, errands, meals, transport and paperwork can quickly become overwhelming without the right help in place.

Wallford Park Balanced Support helps bring order to the everyday details, so participants and families can feel more settled, organised and able to focus on what matters most.

More room for choice

Support should open life up

The right help can make it easier to say yes to more of life — a trip to the shops, time with friends, a community activity, an appointment, or something new like an equine experience.

Wallford Park Balanced Support works alongside participants to build confidence, create smoother routines and make everyday opportunities feel more achievable. The goal is not to take over, but to help each participant feel more capable, included and in control of their own choices.
